You have to know WHO you’re selling to, WHAT problem of theirs you are going to solve, and WHY they should buy from YOU.
With all the “noise” online today, the only way to succeed is to find your niche and tailor all your marketing to that niche.
When you do that, all of your marketing is laser focused. You can differentiate yourself and significantly reduce the competition. And you can position yourself as an expert, which means you can command higher fees and create multiple streams of income.
Sounds good?
It is. But finding your niche isn’t always so easy.
That’s where I come in. I’m going to hold your hand through the whole thing, step by step.

Bonjour Cindy Enjoyed your presentation last night on Smart Begginers’ Webenar. I have a concern about my niche. I am passionate about tavelling. My last major voyage was to walk the Camino to Santiago de Compostela. That has become for me the most fascinating endeavor I have ever undertaken in my life. I will become the expert on the Way to Santiago. Now how do I make money with such a niche? I am new with Renegade Pro. and am developping content at the moment. But I can’t see how to monetize such a niche. Any advice?

Bonjour Martin et merci pour vos commentaires. To answer your question, I would ask you to think about this question. WHO is interested in information about the Way to Santiago (target market), and WHAT kinds of goals, challenges, dreams, problems, etc… do they have that you can help solve? If you can answer this question, then you can find a possible niche. As for how to monetize it, there are always ways to do this. What kinds of products/services would be valuable for your target market? It’s all about being a solutions provider and understanding the needs of your target market. I would also encourage you to review Step 4 which is evaluating your niche.

Many thanks for your comments – I really appreciate it. You’ve hit the nail on the head. It’s all about sharing your passions and expertise with others so they can benefit as well. That is at the core of what I help others do in finding their niche.
When I was working on my finding my niche as a coach, I found that there wasn’t a step by step system to help you do that. So I put something together to help me find my niche and in doing so, I recognized that this was something that would benefit others. I also realized that it was my passion to help other entrepreneurs be focused and strategic with their marketing so they can stop spinning their wheels and get faster results. And the fact that I had a background in strategic communications made it a perfect fit.

Hi make money online – my advice would be to start with finding your niche. Once you understand the needs of your target market and the solution you can best offer them, the products/services you can offer will follow from there. I have to tell you I was laughing when I read the list of questions, and it’s kind of sad actually because every answer was I don’t know or laughing! I’m 48 years old and I took a course last year on affiliate marketing and building websites and now I have 19 sites but still no money and half of them are on page 1 of google and about 3 are PR1. It comes in spurts. I would love to do it full time but I can’t, so I am only able to put 3-4 hours a night in. Long day. My goal I guess is to quit my job, but I keep getting distracted and don’t take action all the time that would help SEO on my sites. I know I need more content on my sites and as well time. Most are only 6 months old with one almost a year and that one will fall in the wayside!
Hi Lisa – Selling affiliate products to a targeted niche is a great opportunity, but its not really the focus of what I do. My focus is more on helping solo entrepreneurs market themselves online. Affiliate marketing might be one of their sources of revenue, but its further along in their marketing funnel.
The goal of my clients is to find a way to market and brand themselves online, and position themselves as solution providers. They can create multiple streams of income, including information products they develop, services they provide (such as coaching and consulting), products/services/business opportunities they represent, etc..
Keyword research is still important and helps drive traffic to their content. However, the main reasons for choosing their niche are their own passions, interests and expertise. I hope that helps!
